  I’m not happy with some of the ads which are appearing on my blog (larrydixon.wordpress.com). Is my only solution to order the No-Adds upgrade? Will I get credit for the upgrades I already have? Thanks. Larry Dixon

  To support the service (and keep free features free), we sometimes run advertisements, and the agreement for this has been in our terms of service since 2006.

  We try hard to only run them in limited places. If you would like to completely eliminate ads from appearing on your blog, we offer the No-Ads Upgrade: http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/ad-free/

  The No Ads upgrade is a separate upgrade from the two you already have.

  But I have the video press upgrade ($60 per year) and the 10 GB upgrade ($20 per year). I won’t get credit for these?

  Not if you purchase No Ads separately, no. No Ads is available as a separate $30/year upgrade.

  Yes, just visitor your blog while logged out of WordPress.com.

  I just signed up for the premium account and was charged $99 on PayPal. I thought you said, “If you purchase one of the plans instead, you should be credited on checkout: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/”?
