  I would like to buy the no ads upgrade, but when I click on it, I am only offered to buy the premium upgrade.

  This username account was registered October 16, 2014 (1 month) and that means you must purchase a Premium Upgrade bundle to get the No-Ads upgrade included in it. This change applies to all username accounts roistered after September 1st, 2014.
