  Hello,

  I am paying a 18$ fee for the “No Ads” element and I have just realised that an ad pops up at the bottom of my blog! Please check this out and make sure no ad pops up on my blog again or I wil reconsider the use fullness of this service…

  The advertisement in that image is not one under control of WordPress.com. Any advertisements displayed by us would appear within the body of blog’s post or page. We do not use any pop-up advertising.

  The No Ads upgrade is properly setup for your blog.

  I recommend you scan your devices for adware using anti-virus software.
