I upgraded from free to personal because WordPress said when I did that the ads would not appear, but they did, now they say if I upgrade again the ads will not appear, how can I believe that is true when they did not honor the last plan with no ads

Hi @seesigning, it looks like you bought a plan at one point, but then cancelled it right away and got a refund, so the ads came back.
If you see ads with the upgrade active, it’s most likely ads coming from your browser. Let us know and we can help you troubleshoot.

At first I up graded from free to personal, that stated no ads, there were not ads, was happy about that. When I thought I wanted to do videos I was going to upgrade again, but changed my mind as I was not ready to do the videos as I was not as good as I wanted to be with the SEE yet and it may be a while so why pay for something I was not going to use, so after the refund the ads came back and they do not show up on Firefox as we have disabled ads but do on Chrome because I cannot work on the website with Firefox and have not figured out how to stop ads there. You said the problem I have with not being able to work on my own website was Firefox issue and you could not help me, yet since I get no reply from the support on Firefox I have to use Chrome. The ads on Chrome are wordpress not some other stuff so they are your ads. At this point in time I cannot worry about the ads as I have far too many other things to work on.
