Hi,
This may not be the place to get the right help we need, but I found this form–and we need help. We’ve paid for no ads for the year (effective Feb 1, 2017 — and we did this last year too), but I’ve been seeing ads on our site. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @bennettmca, can you take a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing, and post it in your media library or at a service like cloudup.com ?

supernovia
I do not use an ad blocker and I do not see ads. I believe this could be a browser add-on or adware issue commonly experienced by those who download from the internet, use toolbars, or visit shopping sites. -
That’s what I think too. A screenshot will normally help us see where they’re coming from.

Resolution. I double-checked my billing a couple of times and noticed that my 2017 “no ads” renewal receipt/trail was missing, so I just went ahead and paid again–for what is now called the personal plan. I guess “no ads” was phased out and replaced with the three plans. Will explore if I’ve been double charged this year at another time… Thank you, all, for your time and energy on this. Thank you.
