Please follow the instructions on your dashboard to contact staff and check your email, including the spam folder, for their response. Nobody in the forums can help you at all. Also, it may be some time before you hear back from staff, as it is a holiday.
By the way, if I’m interpreting what you said correctly, you’re using your WP.com blog as a duplicate of a blog hosted elsewhere. Naturally, a competent SEO knows how terrible this is in terms of SEO for both sites, but that’s not the point: the point is, staff have asked those whose sites here are duplicates of external sites that their blogs be set to private. If your blog only hosts a subset of the content of the other site, and its purpose is clearly simply to drive traffic to the other site, those blogs are not allowed.

Not duplicate I mean the content which I have on my site to describe some use for the community. Like they are words written by me on my site.

You’ll have to wait to hear back from staff. There are several other threads from people in the same situation, and some staffers are still checking messages, so maybe it won’t be too long.
