  I have been charged for a Noads fee for an account that doesn’t exist.

  In the past I have paid on behalf of an organisation called Coseelis, because they didn’t have a Paypal account, but I si, ok possiamo prenderlo domani dopo nuoto longer work for them. Can you please refund the £25?

  Please do not post sensitive information like transaction IDs in the public forums.

  It’s impossible to be charged for an account that doesn’t exist. For you to be charged there would need to be an active upgrade and we would need to have your payment information, and the only way we can have your payment information is if you provided it to us in the process of buying an upgrade.

  The transaction ID you provided is for renewal of an upgrade on the site, claudiaricciblog.wordpress.com, which belongs to the username claudiaricci2013

  Please confirm if you want us to refund this payment, or else we can help you regain access to that account instead.
