    We need to CANCEL this renewal. I cannot find where on the dashboard to do that. Please help. Thank you,

    Howdy!

    All of the active upgrades on your account can be cancelled and/or renewed from Manage Purchases. If you do not find the upgrade that you are looking for then it is not associated with the account that you’re logged in with. You will need to login (or contact us from) to the account that owns the upgrade in order to cancel it.

    There are no active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from.
