No ads upgrade

  Hi, I purchased the “no ads upgrade,” but I visited my blog without logging in from my mother’s computer, and there are banner ads appearing at the top of the page. What’s up with this? Thanks for your help.

  I am not able to see ads on your blog and the No Ads upgrade has been applied correctly. Could you please upload a screenshot to your Media Library of where you are seeing the ads, please? Here is how to take one:
