No-Ads upgrade
-
I’ve got a message on one of my blog pages that ads occasionally show there–I believe, however, that I’ve selected the no-ads upgrade. When I check my billing, however, I note that I haven’t been charged for the October renewal, and I also can’t seem to find the place to make sure that renews. Would you please follow up on this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The site you’re referring jeremyrios.com is not hosted on WordPress.com.
Name Servers: ns1.asmallorange.com ns2.asmallorange.comThis is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
There’s another support forum for WordPress.org self-hosted site, you can navigate to WordPress.org forum using this link:

Thank you, but that’s not particularly helpful.
I have two wordpress blogs–jmichaelrios.wordpress.com, and toolshedmeditations.wordpress.com. My question still pertains to both of them.
The main question: what do I need to do to get my no-ads upgrade to renew properly?

Hi!
Thanks for sharing the site URLs.
When I check my billing, however, I note that I haven't been charged for the October renewal, and I also can't seem to find the place to make sure that renews.I have tagged this thread with modlook for the attention of the support staff. Please wait while someone from the support team gets back to you on this.
Thanks!

Hi jmichaelrios,
I’ve got a message on one of my blog pages that ads occasionally show there–I believe, however, that I’ve selected the no-ads upgrade.
There haven’t been any recent renewals for No-Ads upgrades on your account. Can you confirm the URL of the site you were hoping to renew?
Just let me know and we’ll go from there.
Thanks!

Great! There are two:
https://jmichaelrios.wordpress.com/
and
https://toolshedmeditations.wordpress.com/
(I think part of the problem was that I had to renew my credit card, as well as change the base currency–somehow in the midst of those updates the upgrade renewal may have gotten mixed up.)

Hi jmichaelrios,
Great, thanks. I’ve sent more information to email address on your account — I’ll follow up with you there about your options.
