  No ads Upgrade: how do you know if you have installed it properly.

  I purchased the No ads upgrade and I received a wheel that said processing and it never went away. How do I know if it upgraded properly? How long should the processing piece take?

  Should not take long – just like any normal credit card transaction

  Look in – for the status

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

  You should see all upgrades – current and past

  I have also flagged this for the staff to review your account

  Thank you I don’t see anything in either place so it must not have gone through. I waited about 20 minutes for it to process. Thank you.

  It seems the purchase didn’t go through. Could you please give it another try? Otherwise try a different browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome.
