No Ads Upgrade not Functioning

  I paid for the no ads upgrade, but ads still appear on my site! Several visitors have mentioned this even after clearing cookies and caches.

  From the looks of it, you’ve got Word Ads active. You can disable that on your Settings->Word Ads.
