No ads upgrade not working

  I paid for no ads and there are ads on my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I paid for the no ads upgrade and it was working. Now it is not. How do I get this fixed? PLease help.

  I am not seeing any ads on your blog. Can you describe the ads you are seeing to me? Or even better, show me a screenshot?

  I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

  So the good news is that the ad you captured in that screenshot is not coming form WordPress.com.

  However, the bad news is that you likely have an adware/malware infection of your browser or computer. These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:
