  No Ads upgrade still showing ads on my website

  I purchased the no ads upgrade for 30$ but am still seeing ads on my site. Does it take time? Or is it not working correctly?

  I do not see a purchase of “No Ads” on the blog shaynemasonvincent.wordpress.com. I do see a recent purchase of a different upgrade, however.

  You can see your upgrades here:

  If you wish to cancel an upgrade and receive a refund, you can do so on that page, and repurchase the No-Ads upgrade afterwards.

  I did not choose custom themes, I chose the no Ad upgrade. I did the purchase on my iphone, perhaps this is why? Can you fix this for me please as I did click on no ads upgrade for 30$; thanks

  I didn’t see the refund part you wrote about, I fixed it… Takes 7 days though which is fairly unrealistic in an electronic world, but at least it’s fixed. You may want to let tech or the HTML guys know about the flaw in the iPhone safari link. Thanks for the help.
