  bought upgrade to stop advertising . advertising has not stopped

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear that you’re still seeing advertisements on your site! I went and took a look and I was not able to see any ads, even though I was logged out.

  So you’re aware, advertisements can be put on sites from a variety of sources, including from malware and from browser “helper” bars.

  If you could please send us a screenshot of the advertisements so we can determine whether or not the ads you’re seeing are coming from within our system, I would appreciate it! You can follow the instructions here:

  And then upload those screenshots to your Media Library and then post the link here.
