No answer from support after almost 2 weeks

Same here. I posted a question February 25th and 2 times after (e-mail and web form), but no response whatsoever. Today I mailed again (via form). But nothing… The issue is quite important, sine 2 blogs are combined, which wasn’t supposed to happen.

When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help. If you want us Volunteers to try to help you then please answer all of Tess’s questions.I posted a question February 25th …
