  No Appearance menu in the WordPress blog wpadmin. Also unable to find the widgets I used for my blog. please help…

  Where exactly are you looking? I see the Appearance section just fine if I view your site’s WP-Admin page at https://abhilekh.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Widgets are best managed from within the Customizer at My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Widgets:
