No appearance or settings tab in dashboard, I need to change a theme.

  I have been asked to modify a clients existing website, however there is no appearance or settings tab on the dashboard menu.
  The blog in question is magnetbuilding.co.uk

  Hi,

  magnetbuilding.co.uk is a self-hosted WordPress site so you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

  Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.
