  could you please check why my pages doesn’t show my background and header anymore? It was working few hours ago…

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance. We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

  If any of your site’s customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now.

  If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!

  Daniela – could you please try reselecting your header in the Customizer? We had an incident yesterday where some Customizer settings were not saving correctly. Let me know if that does the trick.

  Hi Daniela, could you explain in more detail exactly what “doesn’t work” so we can troubleshoot further?

  Is this the image you’re trying to add as your header?

  Hi! Yes, this is the previous image I had for the header of my blog. I’m trying to add it again after it was changed by the system but I can’t do it in any way.
  What can I do?

  I was able to modify the header in your Customizer – I’m not sure why it didn’t work for you! If this happens again, please let us know and we’ll troubleshoot further.

  I’m not sure! If it happens again, you could try:
  – a different browser
  – temporarily turning off any browser add-ons/extensions – maybe one was interfering
