Our customers are stating that they can’t see their balance online to pay.
I need step by step instructions for my customers to go online to register
their account.

The zero bill issue has been resolved.

nexbillpay.netto set up an account to pay their bill online. That site is not affiliated with WordPress.com so you would need to contact their support for help by visiting their website and clicking the “Support” button in the lower right of the page:They may also have some support documentation you can use to inform your customers how to get an account set up.
