No blog post in the ‘Reader’

Can you help me fix two things please?
-First, my recent blog post is not appearing in the main reader section.
-Second, I have only posted my blog some minutes ago but the date and times are wrong.Help when you have a moment please.

The most recent post I see on your site is https://adenemustribalgirl.wordpress.com/2022/04/03/returning-great-deeds-introducing-the-official-gateway-to-south-west-bay-malekula-in-vanuatu-to-the-world/. Is that the one you’re speaking of?
I can see that post in the main Reader feed if I follow your site, but it shows a publication date of 3 April, so it’s appearing in the Reader as a four-day-old post:
Is that the post you published today? When did you start working on the post?
If you’ve been working on the post for a few days already, it’s possible the publication date and time got explicitly saved at some point, so when you published the post it became backdated as a result, instead of publishing with the timestamp matching the actual moment of publication.
You can edit the post and change the date and time in the editor to reflect the correct publication date, but it won’t move the post up to today in the Reader feed. There’s no way to change a post’s position in the Reader once it has been indexed there.
To prevent something like this going forward, make sure to double-check the publication date/time before you click publish on a post, especially if it’s a draft you’d been working on for a few days.
