Hello there Mats,
Technically, there is not a border around the boxes on the front page of your theme. What you are seeing are gray placeholders that display only if the space isn’t take up by your post’s main image.
The Museum theme is really set up so Featured Images display in those boxes. Please see the demo for the theme:
https://museumdemo.wordpress.com/
In order to set up your posts properly so they display in this manner, you will want to add your images as Featured Images, rather than adding them into the content box of your post. Here is how to set up Featured Images:
Once you set those, the images/post titles/posts on your front page will appear more uniform.
For more information about how to set up your theme, take a look at the instructions here:
https://wordpress.com/themes/museum/
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!

Thank You, I am so happy, I did not understand to ad the picture also as a featured image because it was not needed for the mobile version in order to see the pictures already at the starting page. Now, everything look like I want it to !
