No browser will load my blog

I’m not sure if this is because I purchased my domain name from Go Daddy then transferred it to WordPress but no browser will pull up my blog on wordpress.com. It says it has been redirected too many times so perhaps it’s in some kind of loop. THere is no phone number to call WordPress which is very frustrating and I paid for the upgraded version of WordPress. Can somebody please help me resolve this so that I can build my website? Thanks very much!

What are you referring to? All upgrades here are specific http://en.support.wordpress.com/category/upgrades/

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I paid for the one that allows me to customize and use my own domain name. I believe it was $100. If I purchased the wrong one in error then maybe that created my problem…?

Also, when I use a different browser like Google Chrome for instance it says that there is a loop. I’ve obviously done something wrong… :(

It looks like you need to fix where your name servers are pointing – see the links above for the info – you need to make the changes at your registrar

@robingayle1966: your domain’s nameservers are not pointing to WordPress.com yet. I also responded to your email ticket with the instructions on how to complete the domain mapping.
