No Cancel Option for Upgrades

    I want to cancel the upgrade package but the cancel option doesn’t show up on my upgrades or on my store section. The only options are learn more and enable auto renew. I bough the upgrade package and only want to keep the domain purchase. Please let me know how to cancel because I know I only have 30 days to get a refund.

    Hi there – I’ve issued a refund for $81 ($99-18) and canceled your Value Bundle, while keeping your domain. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
