No cancelation e-mail received

    I tried to cancel my upgrades. I clicked the cancel button, and it said that I would receive an e-mail to confirm, but I did not receive it. Thanks.

    Have you checked your spam folder? Have you searched for emails from WordPress.com in your inbox and all mails folders? Are you checking the right email account which is linked to the upgrade? Try cancelling again and see if you get a confirmation.

    What are the upgrades you are trying to cancel? Have you purchased a domain as part of the premium upgrade?
