no cancellation email received

I deleted my domain today (less than the 48 hour deadline to receive refund) and have not recieved any confirmation that it has been deleted or that I will be receiving my refund. I can’t find any contact info so I’m hoping someone here will help.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and you are within the window of time allowed for a refund, you will be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
