  Hi,
  I have not received the cancellation link sent to me email address.
  I canceled an upgrade and a domain In less than 5 hours.
  Please, I want a full refund of the money.

  I’ve checked your account and the plan has been cancelled and fully refunded. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement.
