No Capture Thumbnail Button
-
Hi, I have followed all of the instructions given in the previous question/answer about changing a thumbnail image for my uploaded VideoPress videos.
Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to see this button for any of my videos. According to the past answer, it is supposed to clearly show in the middle of the screen. Sadly, there’s nothing there for me. I’ve tried right clicking on the video. I get static drop-down choices of “copyright”, “print”, “settings” and “About Adobe Flash Player 10”. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas for a solution? Thanks in advance for your help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have the same problem as the above poster as well. When I first added the plugin it worked. However, the function no longer exists? This was a fairly expensive plugin to purchase and not receive proper wordpress/automatic developer support.

@waterpressures
Wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP access. Woirdpres.com blogs do not have plugins. If you are not posting into this thread about a wordpress.com blog then you are in the wrong forum, and you ought to be posting to this forum instead http://wordpress.org/support/For confirmation read the sticky post at the head of this forum https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1

Please pardon my typo above. I typed “Woirdpres.com” when I meant to type “wordpress.com”
