no changes even no live preview in customizatin

  Hy,
  I am not able to make any change in my website.
  whatever changes I made are not showing not website. Even I do not have a live preview when I go to custumizatin, there is just adminstration pannel and other screen is blank. Even if I active other theme nothing happen, no change on website.
  I reinstalled wordpress. there is no wp-catche plugin, even I tried without plugin, but still not help full, nthing happen
  Please someone tell me how to fix it, I am really worried abut it.

  Plugin installation possible only if you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins or third party themes.

  There is no other upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
