No checkmark box to stop Related Posts from appearing

  Related Posts are suddenly appearing on my posts. I have checked the forum for help and unfortunately I am not seeing the area of Appearance/Design/Extras under any setting to uncheck the appropriate box. I am using the Twenty-Ten Theme at http://heyokapatriots.wordpress.com. Please help as I do not like this feature because the related posts are not relevant.

  I should clarify that to state under my Appearance options I do not see Design/Extras.

  Try

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading – un-check the box and save changes
