No color for site title

  I paid for Customize upgrade and there is no color pallet appearing so I can edit the title font as described.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, in order to change the color of the Header font:

  1. Click Appearance → Header (Rather than Appearance → Customize)
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and adjust the color of your site title as you wish.
  3. Click Save changes.
