No comment section in custom design

  If I get a custom design, will I be able to have pages that don’t include the comment section? For example, I would like to have an About page that is simply that…. I don’t want to invite comment. Thanks.

  You don’t need the upgrade for that: you go to Pages > All Pages, hover over the page title, click Quick Edit, uncheck the option “Allow Comments”, click Update.
