Sorry, but the e-mail contains no spelling errors and still nothing in inbox/spam or other folders.

I had a look at our logs and it seems the emails we’re sending are bouncing back from Yahoo. Are you able to receive other emails at that address? And are you getting the notification emails from replies to this forum thread?
Can you please type your email address here for me? The system will hide it automatically, but I will be able to see it.

No and I have not checked the tick-box for notifications.

That is the email address where I sent my email, yes.
When you say “No”, in answer to which of my questions was it? My first question was “Are you able to receive other emails at that address?” If your answer to that is no, then there’s a problem with your email address itself. In that case, you will need to contact Yahoo’s support so they can help you get that email address working first.
We must have proof that you have a working email address connected to your account before we can activate it. This is because that email address is the only way we have to verify your identity should you ever get locked out of your account, and the only place where we can send you receipts and renewal notices for upgrades.
Can you please try sending an email from that address to help [at] wordpress.com? Mark it for my (KokkieH) attention in the subject line, and include the link to this forum thread.
