No confirmation email

  I keep getting notifications on my page to confirm my email address. I push the “resend confirmation email” but when I check my email, the email has not been sent. I have the correct email address listed, but I only received one email from wordpress.com to confirm my email. Whenever I try to through that one email, it says “invalid activation key.” I even tried changing the email address to another of mine. Nothing is working. What should I do?

  There’s been a lot of posts lately about confirmation emails not being received, maybe you guys should look into why this is happening.

  Hi Rye, I just sent you an email. Can you please reply to that email to confirm you received it? I can then confirm your email for you.

  Our team has investigated this issue, but there are a variety of reasons why that confirmation email might not be getting through. In any case, we’re happy to help with that confirmation step if needed. :)
