no confirmation email

  I am trying to change a profile picture on http://staff.lincoln.ac.uk/aparke which is forcing me to use gravatar. I have signed up and never got the confirmation email. I have re-requested it 10-15 times. It is not in my junk or spam folders. It has been over a year. I have had to create this additional account just so I could make this request!!
