How were you able to activate your account? I still haven’t received any confirmation email, and I have selected “Resend Email” multiple times. I’ve also check the spam box and nothing. I use gmail btw.
I really need help with this. -
I see you’ve also tried to change your email address. That should have sent a new confirmation email to the new address. With Gmail our emails often wind up in the Social or Updates tabs of the inbox, so try checking there. Also do a search in Gmail for “wordpress.com”
If you can’t find the email anywhere, let me know and I can help you manually verify it. Please just confirm whether the address with r.v4 or r.v7 is the correct one.

I have the same problem. I am not getting a confirmation email in order to start publishing and I have a premium account.
I’ve searched my entire gmail for wordpress (in spam folder etc) and nothing. Blogging is part of a grad class requirement, so I have a tight deadline. Kinda panicking here. -
