No Confirmation Email

  Hi there,

  I am trying to add my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my WordPress site but I am not receiving the confirmation email.

  I used the email in a previous wordpress site a few weeks ago, but I had to start all over again as I made a mistake in the permalinks so the site broke.

  I am now trying to add this email to simplyrasha.com

  Hi Rasha,

  That email address is already connected to the simplyrashablog account you are contacting us from. You can see confirmation of this on your Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  I am now trying to add this email to simplyrasha.com

  Do you mean you want to add that email address to the account you have on simplyrasha.com?

  Hi Rasha,

  simplyrasha.com is not a WordPress.com site and therefore is not connected to a WordPress.com account.

  Can you please let me know if you have any other WordPress.com account other than simplyrashablog so I can help you change the email address?

  Hi there,

  Thank you for getting back to me. I honestly didn’t know there was a difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I am assuming as I host it myself that simplyrasha.com is a WordPress.org site.

  I will pose the question to their to forum and see.
