Can’t get my confirmation email from WordPress.
I’ve checked my junk e-mail folders and made sure the address is typed correctly.
Please help!

Hello there,
I’ve updated the thread tag with ‘modlook’. A staff will assist you with the email issue.
You can get a staff’s attention by following these steps: how do I get a mod or staff reply for my question?
-
Hi Ross,
No problem, I’ve sent an email to the address to your account and will follow up with you there about the next steps.
Please let me know if that doesn’t come through.

Hi,
For some reason I don’t get new password confirmation link to my support account “Vaunit”.
Could someone please help me? Thank you.
-
Please don’t post into old threads created by other users. In future please create your own thread if you need help with something.
What exactly do you need help with? We don’t send an email to confirm a password change. Additionally, the vaunit username account has been inactive for three years, and I don’t see any recent changes to that account.

Apologies. That’s weird because I made account which name is Vaunit. But I’m using localhost while making the website. It could be the reason.
I can not get to the support service because it does not accept me on themefusion site.

Okay, it sounds like you created that account as the admin account directly on the site, not on WordPress.com.
That also means you are using the open source WordPress software, not WordPress.com, in which case we’re not able to help you here, as WordPress.com is something completely different.
