In general settings and User, I am trying to change my email address but I am not receiving a confirmation email.

I don’t see any email change requests in the logs for the
aleespogroupaccount, so the email change is not even being submitted to our servers.Please clear your browser cache, or see if it helps to use a different browser.

I am currently trying to change it from the AWS Dashboard under User. I am trying to put an email for information to be sent from my website. It says that the email has been sent and it waiting for confirmation but there is no email in my inbox.

AWS like Amazon Web Server? If so can you contact them for help? These forums are for the sites hosted by WordPress.com.
