    I have asked for a confirmation email to be sent several times but it is not arriving. I have checked that my email address is correct and it has been almost 2 hours

    Hi there, it looks like our email system sent out the activation email several times to your email address. If you’re not receiving the email either in your inbox or spam folders, it can be worth checking with your email provider, in case they are filtering out our emails to you before they even reach your mailbox.
