No confirmation email from Gravater

Trying to change my profile picture and i have tried twice to use gravatar but do not receive a confirmation email and yes I checked my junk and spam folders.

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulty receiving the confirmation email.
Please take a look at this:

If you are still unsuccessful at receiving, then please add the ‘modlook’ tag to this post so that Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag on the right hand side of your screen. Also make sure you have clicked the box to notify you of updates. Please be patient awaiting response from Staff.

I added the suggested emails to my gmail account that I found in the link: https://en.gravatar.com/support/no-confirmation-email/.
I do receive all other WordPress emails. It is a bit frustrating because I just want to add a profile pic. After adding the donotreply@gr… address I tried once again and still no confirmation email in the inbox, spam or junk. I waited 24 hours to be certain it was not “delayed.
