No confirmation email is being sent

Trying to register .. cant update/adda profile picture because I cant log in. Keeps redirecting me to the page saying a conformation email was sent. I have accessed the help page and clicked resend twice now .. still nothing

It looks like there’s a typo in the email address on file. Please go to wordpress.com/me/account/ and update the email address correctly.
Once you do that I will send a manual activation link over to you.
