No confirmation mail received

  Hi all,

  I am using the https://halilradogoshi.wordpress.com/ and before I can publish any post I am asked to confirm my e-mail. I have clicked at least 50 times on the “Resend confirmation mail” but have received no e-mail.

  For you information I have triple checked my inbox, spam, trash, archives, etc but no trace of the confirmation mail.

  Appreciate you help.

  Hi there. Please check your account settings to make sure that you didn’t perhaps make a typo when inserting your email address. If there is an error in your email address, try to change it to the correct one.

  If it doesn’t work or that’s not the problem, let us know.

  Hi kokkieh,

  Thank you for the reply but there is no typo problem. However, I solved the issue by adding an alternative e-mail that is not gmail based.

  With Gmail specifically WordPress.com emails get filtered to the Social tab in the inbox. That’s perhaps why you couldn’t find it, as searching the trash and archives won’t show you emails in the Social tab.

  But I’m glad you got it sorted out.
