No connection between own domain and the blog

  I bought a regional domain which is http://www.zanoncondominios.com.br and I paid to map to my blog which is http://www.zanoncondominios.wordpress.com. Everything seemed fine yesterday (05/06/15) when I did the steps but until now nothing is working. The link is not redirecting to the blog as you can check. I already input the servers on our local service to redirect but nothing happens. I don’t know what to do as I followed all the steps and received confirmation of everything. Can anyone help?

  PS.: WordPress this service is paid I think you should provide assistance or at least reimburse me.
