No country (Kenya) in the dropdown.

Hello. I am trying to upgrade my domain but on the screen where I am supposed to put my billing information, my country does not appear on the dropdown list. I am in Kenya.
Kindly help me on this as I need to upgrade my domain to get rid of the wordpress name in the url.
