No CSS on installed wordpress! HELP!

  Hi everyone,

  I was wondering if anyone has any idea why my site has no css? I just installed wordpress and neither admin nor the site has any css in either firefox 3 for IE 8. Everything installed fine, just no css =[

  Check it out at tulipglasses dog com. Please someone let me know whats wrong.
