No custom plugins with premium upgrade?

    I just upgraded to premium for $99 because I wanted to install 3rd party plugins and premium offered “customization”. Apparently, that doesn’t include custom plugins. Either show me how I can do this, or refund my purchase.

    Hi there, Third-party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites, no matter what your hosting package is. It is a security risk to our servers and our users to allow this outside code. If you would like to cancel your Premium upgrade for a refund, please click Store → My Upgrades in your site’s Dashboard. You can rid yourself of the upgrade by clicking on the Cancel link.
