No Dashboard

  When I logged in, there is no dashboard. Where to I find dashboard? Do I need to be under any paid plan in order to have dashboard?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What happens when you click on “My Site” top left?

  it only shows ‘reader’ next to ‘my site’. Below ‘my site’ there are ‘site title’, ‘stats’, ‘plan’, ‘publish’ etc.

  ok got it but. But my initial issue was not solved since i cant find where to add buddypress from the dashboard

  There was no mention of Buddypress in your first post asking how to find the dashboard. This is WordPress.com and you’ll need to move to a self-hosted WordPress.org setup if Buddypress is essential to you.
