I was first having problems with my payments going from pending to failed so I contacted Woocommerce, now I have no dashboard of any kind I cannot get on my site i have an account on WordPress where it shows me my site but no access to it. I tried to add the WooCommerce Plugin to it thinking it had gotten deleted some how but it says i dont have access so at this point I would like to just delete my site i think and move somewhere else but I would like to keep the Domain name I paid 178.00 dollars for. Any suggestions?

  • Hi there,

    Are you speaking of thriftsalesconsign.com?

That site isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com. It’s just connected to your account with us via the Jetpack plugin. Your site itself is hosted at another provider, and built using the open source WordPress.org software.

So while your site is connected to us, we don’t have any control over your site itself. Your site’s Jetpack connection to WordPress.com only allows you to manage some aspects of your site’s content and settings via our tools, but to access, for example, your WooCommerce settings, you need to log into WP-Admin directly.

To log into WP-Admin on your site, go to http://thriftsalesconsign.com/wp-login.php and log in using the admin username and password you created for your site when you installed WordPress. Those are different from the username and password you used to log in here on WordPress.com.

If you’re not sure what those admin user credentials are, you can find the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

For more help with this, please contact your hosting provider directly. You appear to be routing your domain’s IP address through a CloudFlare proxy, so I can’t see who that hosting provider is, but you’ll be paying them a monthly or an annual hosting fee. If you contact support at CloudFlare, they should also be able to point you to your hosting provider.
