no dashboard access, weird redirection

    Hello,

I’m trying to move manually a wp site from local to my webhost servers.
Before uploading the wp files on the server, I changed the URLs in the Admin/Settings and I wrote the right db infos in the wp-config. Then I ran the plugin “Better Search and Replace”, which gave me a result of “0 changes done”.
Instead of a homepage, I have only a white page. I checked the wp-config and it has the right data. When I want to log into the Admin, my url looks like this and I can’t access the dashboard:

It looks like a redirection from the localhost. The problem is that when I want to log in the local site’ admin I have the same redirection, even if the URLs here are normally pointing to localhost. I don’t know what’s going on as I can’t access any dashboard now.
Any one can give me a suggestion about fixing this? If no, is there a way to change the URLs via the wp files?
    Thanks for your help,
